Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 June 2026

1. Who we are

Enten Inc. ("Enten", "we", "us") operates the marketing and early-access website at enten.tech. We are building a revenue-sharing platform that lets companies pay advisors, staff, and partners a defined slice of future revenue — without burning equity. The platform itself is in private beta and is not yet generally available.

Questions about this policy? Email us at [email protected].

2. What we collect — and only what we collect

This marketing site is intentionally minimal. The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily provide when you submit the early-access or contact form:

  • Email address (required) — so we can get back to you about your early-access request or enquiry.
  • Team size (optional) — a rough sense of your team to help us prioritise onboarding waves.
  • Use-case description (optional) — free-text you write to tell us how you plan to use Enten.

We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. No invisible pixels, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

3. Why we collect it — and our lawful basis

We collect your information solely to contact you about early access and, where relevant, to follow up on your specific enquiry. We will never use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Our lawful basis under UK/EU data-protection law is consent: by submitting the form you are actively choosing to share this information with us for the stated purpose. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 7).

4. How and where we store it

Form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase (Supabase Inc., a US-based cloud provider). Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not receive any right to use your data for its own purposes. Data is stored in Supabase's EU-West (Ireland) region.

As a convenience, your browser may also cache a copy of your submission in localStorage as a local backup so the form does not lose your input on an accidental refresh. This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you clear your browser storage.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes — full stop. We share it only:

  • With Supabase, as our database processor (bound by a data-processing agreement).
  • Where required by law or a court order, in which case we will inform you unless legally prohibited from doing so.

6. How long we keep it

We will keep your early-access submission until one of the following occurs:

  • The early-access programme concludes and data is no longer needed; or
  • You ask us to delete it (see section 7); or
  • We determine it is no longer relevant to our operations.

We do not set a fixed retention clock right now because the programme timeline is still forming. When it ends, we will delete all submissions that have not converted to active accounts within 30 days of closure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — ask us to erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Objection or restriction — object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data request". We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is not directed at anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Cookies and tracking

We currently use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, seek your consent before placing any non-essential cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our data practices evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Contact

If you have questions, concerns, or a data request, please reach out: [email protected]. We are a small team and we take privacy seriously — you will hear back from a human.
