1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using enten.tech (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, including those who submit the early-access form.

The Site is operated by Enten Inc. ("Enten", "we", "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time — see section 9 for how we handle changes.

2. What this site is

The Site is an informational and marketing website for a pre-launch revenue-sharing platform. The Enten product is currently in private beta and is not yet generally available. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services, a guarantee of product availability, or a commitment to any specific timeline.

Descriptions of features, capabilities, and pricing that are described as "coming soon" or are otherwise forward-looking represent our current intent and are subject to change without notice. They are not contractual commitments.

3. Early-access requests

Submitting the early-access form is a request for consideration, not a contract or a guarantee of access. We review requests manually and will contact you if and when we are able to invite you to the beta. Submitting the form creates no obligation on either party.

When and if you are granted access to the Enten platform, a separate set of platform terms will govern that relationship. These Site Terms apply only to your use of this marketing website.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Enten name, logo, copy, design, and visual assets — is owned by or licensed to Enten Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
• Systematically scrapes, crawls, or extracts content for purposes other than indexing by standard search engines; or
• Impersonates Enten or any other person or entity.

6. No warranty — Site provided "as is"

The Site and all information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enten disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enten Inc. and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of £100 GBP or the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim (which, for this marketing site, will ordinarily be zero).

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of those third parties. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to draw them to your attention (for example, by noting them on the Site).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Note: this is a placeholder pending final legal review. If you are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection provisions, those provisions may apply to you regardless of this clause.
