I'm Ed Goold. I have a legal background in tech contracts, and I specialize in helping startups and professionals structure revenue-sharing deals. After seeing too many great companies struggle to hire senior talent that they couldn't afford upfront, and watching professionals miss out on the upside of projects they helped build, I created Enten.

Revenue-sharing isn't new, but most companies don't know how to structure these deals properly. That's where I come in. I help both sides (project owners who need talent, and professionals who want to multiply their earnings) negotiate fair terms, draft solid agreements, and manage the relationship over time.

Traditional compensation models force a choice: pay market rates upfront (draining cash) or offer equity (diluting ownership). Revenue-sharing is the third way.
