As the Founder of Enten, I am thrilled to welcome you on our journey. Enten’s mission is to unlock the enormous potential of our users. We bring organisations (clients) and providers (agents) together in a new type of relationship that constitutes a paradigm shift for getting stuff done.
Our easy-to-use Rev-Share service lets users quickly and efficiently put in place a new type of working relationship where the agent receives a right to share in the future revenues of the principal in exchange for their work or contribution.
The Rev-Share extends the resource available to the principal on whatever budget they have available, aligns interests between the principal and the agent, and provides the latter with an exciting,uncapped financial interest.
The seeds of Enten were first sown in my mind over a decade ago while working as a young lawyer on mobile phone patent litigation. Back then I could see that the future was an ever more networked commercial environment that would give rise to new and unusual opportunities for those prepared to think differently.
A few years later I was working as the GC and COO of a tech scale-up and trying to obtain development resources for my CTO on a tight budget when it struck me that the problems we were facing in executing on our ambitions also provided a new opportunity to re-think the business relationship between the firm and its developers. Enten is the fruit of that thinking.
We hope to not just boost the making potential of our users but to help many projects succeed on a scale previously unaccessible. In the long-run, we see our model having the potential to transform the economy in general, bringing in a new, more innovative and efficient form of collaborative enterprise. Enten aligns interests between the buyer and seller by providing a quick and easy-to-use deal structure that provides the seller with a medium to long term interest in the buyer’s project.
